Your machine order will arrive via truck freight. All accessories orders are shipped via USPS. However, if you would prefer to pick up your machine directly from our facility, then it is possible if you have your own means of transportation.
FAQs Regarding Freight Claims
How your machine should arrive!
Can You Ship Outside the U.S?
Currently, we are only shipping within the U.S.
Receiving Your Machine
If you don’t have a loading dock available at your facility, we will send a truck that has a tailgate lift. The driver of the truck will also provide a pallet jack, so that way, the machine pallet container can easily be rolled into a garage or shed. Please note that pallet jacks cannot be used on gravel driveways, stairs, and dirt paths.
PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT grab the machine by the electronic box or Stepper Motors. The electronic box and stepper motors are NOT designed to support the full weight of the machine.
You can lift your machine through a variety of methods, including forklifts, engine hoists, portable gantry cranes, and hydraulic jacks. You must understand that you are completely responsible for the safety of the operation, as well as any permanent damage that is imposed on the machine. Please take this responsibility seriously. If you conduct risky practices or operations upon receiving and installation of your machine, you are risking damage to your machine, your equipment, and possibly yourself.
